In this class you need to be comfortable in downward dog.

Restorative Yoga welcomes all levels of ability with a focus on foundation. Invigorating poses as well as calming restorative poses are taught with a wonderful mix of gentle, therapeutic and restorative yoga. We use yoga props to gently increase range of motion, strength, and balance, increase flexibility in the joints and simplify the yoga movements so the healthful, calming, restorative benefits of yoga are accessible to everyone. This class is beneficial to decompress after a full day. Please have 2 block or books and a blanket.

This class is designed for people who have a hard time getting up and down off the floor. We will move through very gentle class. We will focus on relaxing the breath and finding balance.

Thursday at 5:45 pm pacific time
The first part of this class will be flowing through the joints and muscles to create balance.
The second half of this class will be geared towards releasing tension in the mind and body.
Be sure to have a space to do your practice yoga blocks some blankets or towels A strap You might also like a bolster or couch cushion

It is customary in yogic and Buddhist traditions to support teachers through the practice of Dana, or the spiritual act of giving from the heart for teachings that you value.
Suggested donation for live classes is a sliding scale of $10 - $25. Your donations support the cost of holding the classes.
Once that cost is covered 10% will go to a local charity.
